Abstract: |
The present invention belongs to the field of technology for detecting oxygen saturation in blood, and features that liquid model is compounded with health human blood, fat emulsion, K2HPO4 .3H2O and NaH2PO4 .2H2O as main components and sodium dithionite as reductant. Into the liquid model, the reductant is batch added to obtain several stable oxygen saturation states in stepped descending and the oxygen saturation degrees are then measured separately with a blood gas analyzer and the tissue oxygen detecting instrument to be calibrated to obtain one fitted straight line as the calibration line of the tissue oxygen detecting instrument. The method has the advantages of no altering on the optical absorption and scattering property of the tissue model, high accuracy, easy control of the reductant and simple calibration process. |
