Abstract:
The present invention discloses an application of serum beta 2-glucoprotein I functional peptide segmentum in preparation of medicine with the function of promoting thrombolysis. The functional peptide segmentum of serum beta 2-glucoprotein I is Gly1=Pro62, and its main active peptide segmentum is Ser38-Arg-Gly-Gly-Met-Arg-Lys44 and Cys47-Pro-Leu-Thr-Gly-Leu- Typ-Pro-Ilu-Asn-Thr-Leu-Lys-Cys60, and said peptide segmentum can be used for preparing the medicine for promoting thrombolysis.
