Abstract：
 The present invention discloses an application of serum beta 2-glucoprotein I functional peptide segmentum in preparation of medicine for promoting thrombolysis. The functional peptide segmentum of structural domain V of serum beta 2-glucoprotein I is Cys370-Ala320, its main active peptide segmentum is Cys281-Lys-Asn-Lys-Glu-Lys-Lys-Cys288 and Lys305-Cys-Phe-Lys-Glu-His-Ser-Ser-Leu-Ala-Phe-Trp-Lys-Thr-Asp- Ala320, and said peptide has the important significance in the preparation of medicine for promoting thrombolysis.
