Abstract: |
The present invention relates to medical instrument technology, and the standing wave accelerating tube includes an accelerating tube, an electronic gun and a titanium window sealed at the two ends of the tube, and a rectangular energy feeding wave guide connected to the side wall of the tube. The standing wave accelerating tube features the cavity chain formed by 7-9 standing wave accelerating cavities of 4-5 mm aperture inside the tube. The present invention has short length capable of erecting on the irradiation head, and enough high acculeration gradient and can provide 6 MV x-ray as well as middle energy level electronic ray. |
