Abstract：
 The invention relates to a capillary liquid chromatographic column and its preparing method.It includes a intact elastic quarts capillary needing no sticking. A filter made from the organic polymer insite polymerization is packed in the middle of the said capillary. by high pressure homogenate packing method. The stationary phase is packed in the column on one side of the said sieve plate by high pressure homogenate packing method. On the leading out pipe of the other end of the said filter is set with a detecting window formed by burning out the coating of surface of the said capillary for 2-3mm. The chromatographic column in the invention is prepared by an intact capillary needing no sticking, so as to avoid the liquid staying in the dead zone to reduce the efficiency. The preparation of invention is simple, especially adapts to the biological, medical, environmental sample with small quality and the separation and analysis of the sample which is difficult to separate with the regular liquid chromatography.
