Abstract: |
The present invention relates to biomedicine material. The present invention adopts clean production process without solvent and catalyst and prepares polyurethane and its porous product and tubular product under the radiation of single-mode microwave with the material including polycaprolactone diol, polyether diol, aliphatic diisocyanate, small molecular weight polyol chain expander and pore creater. The material is first heated to melt and stirred to mix homogeneously and injected into microwave pressure test tube, and the test tube is then set in single-mode microwave accelerating organic synthesizing system to accept microwave radiation while air cooling, so as to synthesize the required polyurethane material. The present invention adopts microwave irradiation to replace traditional catalyst, and can avoid cell toxicity caused by residual catalyst and adopts bulk polymerization to avoid the latent harm of solvent to product biocompatibility. |
