Abstract:
An injection-type temp-sensitive implantative preparation is prepared from polyose, polyhydroxy phosphate and medicine micro softgels containing polyhydroxy salt as its skeleton through proportional mixing, sterilizing and freeze drying. It is a liquid but can become gel when its temp is higher than 37 deg.C. After it is injected in human body, it become gel to slowly release medicine and finely is degradated.
