Abstract:
The invention discloses a reversal temperature sensitive injection type implantable drug supporter material, which comprises cellulose derivative, polyethylene glycol, polysaccharose and salt gel material having salt analyzing action for cellulose derivatives by a predetermined weight/volumetric ratio. The invention has the advantages of accelerated architecture gelling velocity, increased gel strength, lowered hydrating and swelling degree, improved gel stability and slowed medicament emancipation speed. The collosol solution of the material can be injected under ambient temperature with good biocompatibility and biological degradability.
