Abstract：
 New type robot arm positioner for hemiplegia rehabilitation assist training pertains to rehabilitation medical apparatus technique field. For the shortage that there is few hand-holding gestures of existing robot, and by modifying the structure of existing positioner, the invention presents one kind of new type robot arm positioner for hemiplegia rehabilitation assist training, which is that connecting to forearm of hemiplegia rehabilitation assist training robot, comprises concretely position rack, and vertical shaft, horizontal shaft, underbracing plate, horizontal splint, securing strap, plateleveling sheave and two pieces of side splint, all that can be selected and installed for different state; positioner mentioned can fix hand to four type fist gestures, that there are four kind using states. As different fist gesture will produce different rehabilitation effect for patient in training, this arm positioner not only supply good position gesture for nerve rehabilitation training, but also bring a new plant for deep study of nerve rehabilitation theory.
