In this invention the tegmen and basic unit of allomixis box of biochip is combined by using bead tie (perimeter orientation), making tegmen and basic unit form a seal chamber; This invention adds water on the surface of hydrophilism materials, when the biochip is reacting, water can volatilize from hydrophilism material, forming invariable humidity in allomixis box of biochip, thus preventing reaction liquid to evaporate in the process of biochip crossing. |
