Abstract：
 The invention discloses a taxusin cell culturing method and specific cultivating base, wherein the cultivating base comprises the following parts: 200-300mg MgSO4 .7H2,200-300mg KNO3, 350-400mg KH2PO, 450-550mg Ca(NO3)2 .4H2, 27-29mg FeSO,36-38mg C10H14N2O8Na2 .2H2O, 0.8-1.2mg MnSO4 .H2O, 0.4-0.6mg ZnSO4 .7H2O, 0.2-0.3mg KI, 0.02-0.03mg CoCl2 .6H2O,0.2-0.3mg H3BO3 ,8-12mg hydrochloric tiamide, 0.4-0.6mg Choline,8-12mg L-cysteine,180-220mg H2NCONH2, 80-120mg Inositol with pH value at 5.6-5.8 in 1L water. The method can produce large amount of high-activity taxusin cell within short period.
