Abstract：
 The invention discloses a protein solid-phase quantitative method and a special coloring agent. The coloring agent contains dye type blue-black ink of 0.5-1.5% volume percentage concentration, PBS buffer solution with 0.02-0.05% Tween-20. The measuring method comprises steps of: 1) drawing protein concentration standard curve; 2) pointing the protein sample of unknown concentration on the solid-phase supporting membrane and dyeing on it, and drying, wetting and measuring light density value; 3) comparing the light density value of the protein sample with unknown concentration measured in step 2) with the standard curve drawn in step 1) to get the protein concentration in the sample.
