Abstract： |
A cotton chitinase, its coding genes and applications. The cotton chitinase is GhChia , which is a protein having an amino acid sequence of Sequence 2 in the sequence table, or a protein having an amino acid sequence of Sequence 2 by replacing, missing or adding one or several amino acid residues and having the same activity as Sequence 2. The coding gene is :1) DNA sequence of Sequence 1; 2)DNA sequence more than 90% homologous with the Sequence 1, could encoding proteins with the same functions as Sequence 1. Genes in the invention are significant for cultivating new plant strains and improving output of crops |
