Abstract：
 The preparation method of polyporous chitosan tube uses chitosan, acetic acid and sodium hydroxide as raw material, which includes the following steps: adding acetic acid solution of chitosan in the mould firstly, inserting core mould in it, then freeze-drying and forming, and demoulding to obtain the chitosan tube whose wall thickness is 0.5-1 mm, inner diameter is 0.5-8 mm, mean pore size is 0.02-0.1 mm, porosity is 20%-90% and length is above 150 mm. At the same time it also can prepare half-through polyporous tube whose outer wall has no pore of whose inner wall has no pore. Said invented polyporous chitosan tube has a certain elasticity and strength, can be bio-degraded, its degraded product has no toxic side effect to human body, can be used as material for repairing tissue or maaking tissue engineering scaffold.
