Abstract：
 The present invention relates to the field of preparing biological medicine and the oil-phase oral insulin preparation is prepared by the processes of dissolving certain amount of insulin in acid water phase buffering solution A; adding the buffering solution A into non-ionic surfactant solution with hydrophilic lipophilic balance value HLB between 10 and 20 via stirring to form solution B; and adding the solution B into liquid oil phase or emulsifier with hydrophilic lipophilic balance value HLB between 0 and 20 via stirring to form the oil phase preparation. The present invention has the features of simple preparation process and low cost and after oral taking, the preparation can resist the degradation effect of gastrointestinal enzyme and is easy to absorb to produce hypoglycemic effect.
