Abstract：
 An equipment for stimulating animal cell and recording its physiological signals, and its preparing process and application method are disclosed. Said equipment is composed of a substrate which is not good conductor, at least one electrically conductive unit polymer layer with electrodes and at least one good conductor microelectrode on at least one surface of said substrate, and at least one microelectrode made of good conductor.
