Abstract：
 The invention relates to the method for detecting biomolecule with high sensitivity. The amplification reagent is utilized in the invention to treat the microporous membrane. The amplification reagent is water solution of chlorauric acid with concentration larger than 0.001 mmol/L or the solution of the buffer solution and the water solution of hydroxylamine with concentration larger than 0.01 mmol/L or the solution of the buffer solution. The invented method increases the sensitivity remarkable for detecting anti bodies, antigens or proteins. The biomoleculy with content reaching to 10pg/mL can be detected. The invention possesses the features of easy of operation, no need of special instrument. It can be utilized in clinical diagnosis, health quarantine and environmental test etc. fields.
