Abstract: |
The present invention belongs to the field of biological technology. High-pressure air is first accelerated to form supersonic airflow, which is accelerated for the second time for ever high speed, and between the first and the second acceleration, one negative pressure port is formed to led micro pellet in for acceleration together with the airflow so as to reach required speed to shoot target cell. The method of the present invention can accelerate micro pellet to speed high enough to shoot different target cell, and the preparation of gene micro pellet is simple without need of specific equipment. |
