Abstract： |
An expression carrier able to regulate the cracking of host cell and used for preparing exogenous protein is an expression plasmid containing SRRz gene at downstream of promotor. A process for preparing exogenous protein by use of said expression carrier includes such steps as inserting exogenous gene into said expression carrier to obtain exogenous gene expression carrier, introducing it to host cell, and expressing the cracking cell to obtain exogenous protein. |
