Abstract：
 The invention disclosed a nucleic acid conjugated protein detection method based on biochip, comprising: 1) adding the solution containing capturing probes of several group nucleic acid into the bio-sample system containing several suspect nucleic acid conjugated proteins, forming a composite of nucleic acid capturing probes and nucleic acid conjugated proteins, making it sure that the nucleic acid sequences of nucleic acid capturing probes contain at least one combinable sequence with the objective nucleic acid conjugated proteins; separating the composite of nucleic acid capturing probes and nucleic acid conjugated proteins out, and reclaiming the nucleic acid capturing probes; hybridizing the reclaimed nucleic acid capturing probes in step 2) with the several single chain fixed probes on the biochip ground substance corresponding to the nucleic acid capturing probes, for the nucleic acid sequence of the fixed probes is complementary with the corresponding nucleic acid capturing probes or one chain of them; 4) detecting the hybridization result. The invention can be widely used in fields of disease diagnosis, pharmaceutical target screening, disease mechanism, etc.
