Abstract: |
The invention discloses a production method of 1,3-propylene glycol by anaerobic fermentation regulated by oxidation-reduction electric potential belonging to the biological preparation technology field of chemical materials. The method introduces the ORP electrode into the fermentation system on the basis of the characteristic of Klebsiella pneumoniae fermenting to produce 1,3-PD anaerobe. The method comprises steps of strains activation, seeds culture and two stage two substrate integrated fermentation transition under the regulation and control of ORP to obtain the results of cell dry weight being 2.13g/L at most, 1£¬1,3-PD being 45.1g/L at most, and main by-products being acetic acid, ethanol, and lactic acid. The invention can shorten the production time, control the fermentation system precisely and in time, improve the yield and density of the target product 1,3-PD, shorten the fermentation time, lower the fermentation cost. |
