Abstract：
 A T carrier with higher TA cloning efficiency includes the Amp gene sequence of pBlue Script II SK(-), the ColEI ori sequence of pBlue Script II SK (-), the flori sequence of pBlue Script II SK(-), the lacZ gene sequence of pBlue Script IISK (-), the T3 bacteriophage promoter sequence of pBlue Script II SK (-), T7 bacteriophage promoter sequence of pBlue Script II SK(-), and two polycloning site sequences at both ends. The process for preparing T carrier is also disclosed.
