The invention discloses anoncogene and its coded protein and special cell line. The protein coded by oncogene has the sequence of SEQ ID ¡í£º2 amino acid sequence, or one or several amino acid substituted , defected or added SEQ ID ¡í£º2 amino acid sequence and have same activity with SEQ ID ¡í£º2 amino acid sequence. NOK is a new oncogene.Nude mouse Inoculated with BaF3-NOK CGMCC¡í1145 can act as a model animal for researching tumorigensis and transfer mechanism and screening anti tumorigensis and transfer drug. |
