Abstract: |
The present invention discloses the method of obtaining functional protein fragment with independent structure. The method includes the following steps: 1. cutting protein coding polynucleotides sequence randomly, and recombining to obtain random polynucleotide fragments of different lengths and 2. connecting the polynucleotide fragments to the expression vector containing selecting marker gene, leading the recombinant expression vector to host and culturing the host to obtain to obtain the functional protein fragment with independent structure. The present invention has no gene/protein specificity, simple and feasible screening process, and significant effect in screening functional protein fragment with independent structure. |
