The invention discloses a large ring polyamine-polyamide conjugate and its preparing method and application, having a structure: 4-(4-(4-(4-1, 4, 7, 10-tetraazacyclododecane acetamino-N-methyl pyrrole-2-acyl) amino-N-methyl pyrrole-2-acetamino)-N, N-dimethyl butyl amine, and the metal complexes of the conjugate have the function of cutting nucleic acid, and the invention provides a good basis and effective route fro further synthesizing DNA fixed-point identifying and cutting reagent, having important significance. |
