Abstract：
 The invention discloses a parazole [4, 3-c] quinoline compound and its preparing method. It is 3-amino-6/8 substituted-1H-parazole [4, 3-c] quinoline compound. The preparing method includes the steps: 1) preparing 3-aryl-6-(6-/8-substituted-4-chloroquinoline-3-radical)-1, 2, 4-triazolo[3, 4-c]-1, 3, 4-thiadiazole; 2) dissolving the product prepared in step 1) in anhydrous alcohol in molar ratio of 1 to 3-6, heating and returning at 78-85 deg.C until it disappears, so as to obtain a deposit, namely the parazole [4, 3-c] quinoline compound.
