Abstract：
 The invention discloses a method of preparing beta-hydroxy sulphone derivative, and its preparing steps: dissolving sulfonyl chloride in tetrahydrofuran solvent, then adding in alkene and water/alcohol as well as a catalytic amount of acid, reacting at 20 deg.C-70 deg.C for 1-3 days, and making the steps of extracting, washing, organic phase drying, concentrating and purifying to obtain the product.
