Abstract：
 The present invention discloses one plant gene promoter and its application. The promoter is one of the following nucleotide sequences: 1 the DNA sequence of SEQ ID No. 1 in the sequence list; and 2. the nucleotide sequences capable of being hybridized with the DNA sequence of SEQ ID No. 1 in the sequence list under strict condition. The present invention provides will play great effect in gene function and expression regulating mechanism research, may be applied in genetic engineering improvement of plant quality and resistance and has relatively high practical application value.
