Abstract: |
The present invention relates to the method of extracting soybean isoflavone from soybean whey liquid as one side product of soybean protein producing process. The method includes first air blast reinforced dynamic ultrafiltering of soybean whey liquid to separate protein, the subsequent nanofiltering to concentrate whey liquid, desalting, extracting concentrated liquid, and final decompression distilling extracted liquid for concentrating to obtain soybean isoflavone product of purity over 40 %. The method has membrane technology and extraction technology adopted, has simple operation and high economic utility and is suitable for industrial production. |
