Abstract：
 The invention discloses a method to manufacture cyst out body carrying exogenous ligand molecule, which was made up of exogenous ligand molecule and cyst out body. The exogenous ligand molecule is joint on the membrane of the cyst out body or embedded in the cavity of cyst out body, or the both location. The exogenous ligand molecule is the albumen or molecule that the non-target cell compounds itself, which could be directly effecting on the target cell or absorbed by target cell. The invention could be used to adjust the activity of same source target cell or different source target cell.
