Abstract:
Production of low-molecular weight heparin is carried out by using heparin as substrate , degrading heparin from malt sugar combined protein-heparinase¢ñfusion protein, which is amino acid residual sequence protein with SEQ ID No:1, and obtaining low-molecular weight heparin. It achieves controllable degradation time, ideal average molecular weight and higher enzyme activity.
