Abstract: |
The invention discloses a testing method for oblique kinetic characteristic curve of 3-D moment device with optical head. Under different frequencies f from low to high sine signal with fixed amplitude A is outputted. The moment device driven by sine signal generates jitter and a beam of laser irradiates the reflecting point of objective lens of moment device to measure jitter speed at the position of reflecting point. Speed signal is integrated to obtain displace responding signal of said frequencies f under the influence of sine signal excitation. Characteristic curves of amplitude frequency and phase frequency at the position of reflecting point are drawn respectively. Compared with previous testing method, the invention need not increase other measuring equipment and uses a laser vibration measuring instrument to obtain oblique kinetic characteristic curve of 3-D moment device. It is provided with easy realization and strong practicability. |
