Abstract:
The invention relates to a method used to test fuel cell engine performance. It includes the following steps: starting the engine by setting it on the test desk; testing the maximum power and loading required time by cold engine loading; recording the change of fuel cell voltage by stable operating for twenty minutes with cold engine idling; running for forty minutes under demarcated operating condition after three parts loading operating condition; running for three minutes under overload power operating condition after one part loading operating condition; idling after two parts and setting the engine radiator in temperature control; running for twenty minutes under thermal environment maximum power operating condition which is not less than 50 deg.C; running for twenty minutes with heat engine idling; entering rated power operating condition by heat engine accelerating, testing the accelerating time, then stopping the engine.
