Abstract:
The invention relates to a counterflow air cooler of series chip and tube type, belonging to heat exchanger area, characterized in that said cooler comprises a group of fins, a group of coil tube, inlet pipe, outlet pipe, inlet collecting pipe and outlet collecting pipe. Said each inlet pipe swirls at the plane parallel with wind direction and vertical with fins and finally it flows out from the in-wind face. Air flows into counterflow heat exchanger from the in-wind face and is cooled by every row of coil tube on the flowing direction so that the temperature of air achieves the lowest and the air flows out from out-wind face. Cool water flows into inlet collecting pipe first and is divided into multiple section to flowing into inlet pipes respectively so as to cool the coming air. When the temperature achieves to the highest temperature, it flows into outlet pipes assigned at the in-wind face and finally it flows into the outlet collecting pipe uniformly. They are collected to a section to flow out. Compared with ordinary air cooler, high heat exchanging ratio, design with low water-resistance are accomplished in the cooler. Invest for heat exchanging system is saved and running cost of transporting cool water is decreased. It is the facial air cooler with energy saving and high efficiency.
