Abstract:
The invention discloses a compound quasi-natural bone complex materials /PEEK pearl powder and its preparation method and use, it contains a new bone transpositional material and belongs to the biomedical materials technology field of pearl powder. The said compound quasi-natural bone complex material are based on the nano-organic-inorganic complex material, through blending pearl powder in the organic basal body to prepare a quasi-natural bone-pearl powder /PEEK organic-inorganic complex material, then coated on metal products to form the joint products with the help of injection machines or molding equipments, or mold directly to produce joint products. The present invention fully simulate the natural bone from its density, biocompatibility, biological activity, biomechanical adaptability and self-healing capabilities, substitute for the stainless steel, titanium and other hydroxyapatite bone transpositional material or modify metal joint surface with it to solve bone and joint transport problems encountered in clinic. As there is only one molding process by the injection molding machines, the molding process is simple and has a small loss in production.
