Abstract:
The invention is concerned with the nanometer porous titanium dioxide lighting anode and the manufacture method that is in the dye sensitization solar cell material field. It is: prepares the TiO2 nanometer porous thin film on the conductive basement; uses the metal compound to process surface modification then absorbs the dye; forms the surface potential barrier, improves the energy level of the semiconductor, and controls the surface state by the modification of the metal compound layer. The invention can improve the photoelectricity transformation capability and the efficiency of the cell, the efficiency can increase 10%-20%.
