Abstract: |
The process of preparing low temperature pyrolyzed composite negative pole material of polyacrylonitrile and metal belongs to the field of chemical engineering and energy source material technology, and relates to the preparation technology of negative pole material for secondary lithium battery. The present invention features that the composite negative pole material is prepared through ball milling the mixture of active lithium metal grain, polyacrylonitrile and solvent capable of dissolving polyacrylonitrile for grinding active lithium metal grain into powder and dispersing lithium metal powder in polyacrylonitrile liquid, stoving to eliminate solvent, reaction inside a reactor at constant temperature of 200-900 deg.c under protection of inert gas, and cooling naturally in the reactor. The composite negative pole material has high capacity and good circulating performance. |
