Abstract:
An internally degradable composite supporting frame for liver has a spindle-like shape and is composed of sleeve, compact layer, blood cavity and sponge body with internal pipelines. It is prepared through preparing sponge body by pouring degradable high-molecular solution into spindle-like mold, coating degradable high-molecular solution, immersing in cross-linking agent to form compact layer and internal supporting body, cross-linking to obtain composite supporting body, dissolving the gel substance to form blood cavity, drying, immersing in anti-coagulating medicine, and polycondensating in aceton solution. It allows the endotheliocytes and liver cells to fully grow in pipelines and gaps.
