The present invention belongs to the field of electronic technology. The organic electroluminescent material contained metal compound of schiff base tridentate ligand, and features the molecular structure expression of (L2L3M)n, where L2 is bidentate ligand, L3 is tridentate ligand containing schiff base structure, M expresses metal atom and may be metal ion of, say, Al, Ga or In, and n is 1 or 2. The material has high vitrification point and high heat stability, is easy to form excellent amorphous film, has strong fluorescence in both solution and solid film and the advantage of high fluorescent quantum efficiency. It can transmit electron prior to cavity and may be used in carrier conveying layer or luminous layer of organic luminous device and in dye. |
