Abstract：
 A down-flow fluidized-bed reactor for desulfurizing and denitrating fume is composed of the main body consisting of mixing chamber, descending pipe and material bin, fume inlet on the top of main body, fume outlet at lower end of descending pipe, distributor is said mixing chamber, one or more distribution plates in said descending pipe, and one or more fresh liquid desulfurizer and denitrater inlets at upper part of said descending pipe. Its advantages are needing no high-power draught fan, low height of apparatus, and high effect.
