Abstract： |
A holder of artificial eyeball is prepared through mixing trigger, cross-linking agent and biocompatible polymer to obtain solution, filling the pits in mould with screened pore-forming agent, putting the mould in a beaker, pouring the said solution is the beaker until the mould is soaked, polymerizing under protection of nitrogen gas, opening mould to obtain semisphere, removing the pore-forming agent, repeating said steps by putting said semisphere on the pore-forming agent to obtain a sphere, and immersing it in deionized water for 72 hrs while exchanging the water each 8 hrs. Its advantages are high porosity up to 75% or more and low density. |
