Abstract: |
A catalyst for catalytic reduction of Nox generated by thin air combustion is prepared through preparing gallium nitrate from gallium oxide, preparing monohydrated bohmite by sol-gel method, mixing Co (or In) salt with gallium nitrate and ethanediol, adding the mixture to the monohydrated bohmite, vacuum distilling, drying and calcining to obtain CoO-Ga2O3-Al2O3 or In2O3-Ga2O3-Al2O3 catalyst. Its advantages are high specific surface area, low cost and Ga2O3 content, and high reducing rate of Nox (70-85%). |
