Abstract:
A microwave process for synthesizing nano-class Ti-Si molecular sieve from tetrabutyl (or tetraisopropyl) titanate and ethyl n-silicate through proportioning, reguating pH value, dropping, reaction under radiation of microwave under 0.3-0.6 MPa for 0.5-2 hr, cooling, washing, centrifugal separation, and baking. Its advantages are simple process, uniform granularity and excellent performance.
