Abstract：
 A process for synthesizing the biodegrdable polyurethane elastomer includes acid-catalytic alcoholyzing poly-beta-hydroxy butyrate (PHB) to obtain beta-hydroxybutyrate, ester exchanging reaction to obtain PHB-alcohol, and reaction on 2,6-ethyl diisocyanate caproate. Its advantages are high biologic compatibility and degradability and no toxic by-effect of its degradated resultant.
