Abstract:
The invention discloses a plurality of classical swine fever virus characteristic immunology epitopes and use, which is selected from the immunology epitope family composed of sequence 1-19 in the sequence table and its variation epitopes, wherein the sequence 1-13 in the sequence table and its variation epitopes are the virulent strain characteristic immunology epitopes of the classical swine fever virus, the sequence 14-19 in the sequence table and its variation epitopes are the vaccine C characteristic immunology epitopes of the classical swine fever virus. The characteristic immunology epitopes will be used extensively in the differential diagnosis of classical swine fever virus' virulent strain and vaccine C and the development of epitope specificity monoclonal antibody.
