Abstract:
The present invention is method and kit for separating cell particle from sample. Magnetic micromist with paramagnetism and few specific adsorption is used to enrich cell or biological particle containing destination biological molecule directly from blood, plasma, serum, marrow, saliva, urine, cell and tissue culture liquid, and other biological sample. In proper buffing liquid, the magnetic micromist is separated from the cell or biological particle. The method is simple, fast and suitable for preparing sample of different specification, especially small amount of and micro amount of sample, and the present invention makes it easy to realize automatic and miniaturized sample preparing equipment.
