Abstract:
The present invention discloses the method and kit for amplifying nucleic acid of target cell or virus, and aims at providing method of amplifying nucleic acid of target cell or virus useful to biochip and micro flow channel system. The technological scheme includes making contact between sample likely containing target cell or virus and magnetic micromist; making the target cell or virus, if any, combine with the magnetic micromist to form the composition; separating the composition from other components magnetically to separate the target cell or virus from the sample; and applying the separated composition in nucleic acid amplifying system to amplify nucleic acid from the target cell or virus.
