Abstract:
The method for raising resolution of air field optical microscope is characterized by that it utilizes the principle of that it uses the large optical flutuation produced by uniform illumination light when which is passed through disordered metal-insulating film layer and optical coupling action between the disordered metal-isulating body medium and sample to raise resolution of microscope greatly, said invention adopts the following measures: on the slage in the optical circuit of optical microscope a glass slide whose surface is coated with disordered metal-insulating film layer is placed, so that the resolvable minimum distance of said microscope under the optimum condition can be reduced to original 2/5.
