The method includes steps: ISP ends and P2P ends carry out registration to central server central server maintains database of information of registered users P2P end sends own maintained Peers list to central server in real time central server processes the list, and sends the processed list to relevant ISP end in real time ISP end sends routing message list in own managed network section to the central server the central server sends the processed routing message list to each P2P end in real time, and useful information interaction is carried out between P2P and ISP based on routing message list, P2P end can implement quick down loading operation using Peers list, ISP end controls flow rate in network so as to reach purpose for managing P2P network. |
