Abstract: |
A three-element composite material with high dielectric constant (greater than 800) is prepared from Ni, barium titanate and poly(vinylidene fluoride) through proportional mixing and hot pressing. Its advantages are high flexibility and mechanical strength, low temp for hot pressing and no pollution. It can be used for the surface capacitor or embedded capacitor. |
